I intended to do revert these, but as I tried to write the commit comment, I
couldn't justify the revert. It still seems like the right thing to do.

commit a1d6701105456248f6ff39766a6699f26a8f3d60 is the most complicated one. It
affects some non-user-settable attributes. However, those are all
based-on/controlled-by the user-settable "ConsiderTextWrapOnObjPos", which ends
up being a very bad choice as the identifier of bDocumentPriorSO8. But in any
case, I think the patches as they currently stand are the best way to handle
the current state of affairs.

I once again reviewed the list of aExcludeWhenNotLoadingUserSettings,
and it seems like I have handled them all consistently. So I consider my job
here to be done.
