<pre>It would make sense if it was a MDI or tabbed interface, where I might be
switching between different documents in the same parent LibreOffice Writer
window. In the SDI, the expectation is for each Window to represent the
Document.
This behaviour is not evident when looking at the Navigator, Properties, Page
or Style Inspector. I also re-checked the issue and it's still evident - so not
an intermittent problem.
Making it disappear sounds like a temporary patch (if intended) - the other
tools (Navigator, Properties, Page, Style Inspector) do not disappear, so the
disappearing styles could equally be a bug since that behaviour is at odds with
the rest of the interface.</pre>
