That document has regular expressions enabled, which calculates the criterion
"=A*" differently. Switch to Excel compatible wildcards instead and you'll get
the same 20 result, Tools -> Options -> Calc -> Calculate, Formulas Wildcards,
Enable wildcards in formulas.</pre>
