Description:
Dear Sirs,
I would like to report a very small bug.
You may think it's a joke, but it is by no means!
I have a degree in computer science and have been using OpenOffice for many
years, which later became LibreOffice.
I can't tell you exactly which version it started with, but with each new
version it got worse and worse, both on Windows and Linux. Functions such as
printing on envelopes no longer works at all. It has so many bugs now that I
couldn't even list them anymore.
I recently removed LibreOffice from all of my computers and from my parents'
computer because it is no longer good, and temporarily replaced it with "Apache
OpenOffice" until I'l find something else!
But I would also like to comfort you a little at this point: This devastating
development is not only taking place in the area of "OpenSource Software",
but also almost everywhere in the commercial market, where you have to pay a
lot of money for software and only get garbage for it.
I hope this will comfort you ...
You may ask what could be improved: nothing and everything.
Carry on like this, and in a short time nobody will use LibreOffice anymore.
Incidentally, this miserable assessment of LibreOffice is now very widespread.
I defended the program for a while, but now I don't want to do it either!
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download
2. Install
3. Use it
Actual Results:
Deinstallation ist the best solution
Expected Results:
No hope any more
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Nothing to say anymore
