        <pre>Obviously we are talking about different helplines. Me about the sticky
helpline that you pull off the rulers (not immediately shown on toggle on), you
when moving an object (only shown on move). 

And the OP requests a shortcut, which is a different topic. The feature is
clearly an option that you enable once per session, at max. It's nothing that
every couple of minutes need to be activated. A shortcut is therefore not
required by average users. We have a very prominent toolbar icon and
customization of shortcuts is pretty simple. So I concur with Stuart's verdict.</pre>
