<pre>I assume this needs design input, but I just wanted to flag that it is possible
to right-click on the footnote/endnote character, select "Footnotes and
Endnotes" (or got to "Tools > Footnotes and Endnotes"), and change the styles
to any style available. I assume the issue R. Green describes here is that it
is not possible to have different styles for different footnotes or different
endnotes, right?</pre>
