There are tools that allow to expand a dropdown on click, eg. Axure. But this can also be done with two static pages via Penpot. Haven't done it for this dialog and it's never fully functional, for example responding to the color picker, setting the preview correctly, providing the presets functionality etc. requires code. The question is rather if people can be convinced of changing the workflow and loosing the ability to apply attributes to many positions at once.
