Here the screencast of the issue

Step to reproduce:
1. Apply a Heading 1 Paragraph Style against any text (e.g. Preface) which turn
to be "Chapter 1. Preface" with following steps: Under Tools > Chapter
Numbering > Numbering > Level 1, set Separator Before: with "Chapter " and
After" "."
2. Insert an image anywhere.
3. Right click on the image and select Insert Caption.
4. Type any text in Caption Field
5. Click Options..., under Numbering Captions by Chapter, select 1 for Level.
Leave others default. Click OK
6. Click OK

Observed result

1. The caption carry out "Chapter " and "." from Heading 1 Paragraph Style. So
the caption would be "Figure Chapter..1: Caption Here"

Expected result:

- The caption should be "Figure 1.1: Caption here" without carrying out any
Separator Text from Heading Style
