Albert is a long-time contributor and has been using Bugzilla to report Spanish
localization bugs for a long time, see e.g. <a class="bz_bug_link

Different translation teams have different bug reporting protocols. As long as
there are developers and translators responding to a certain language's
localization bugs here on Bugzilla, I don't think it's wise to enforce the same
protocol on everyone and tell them to report elsewhere.</pre>
