I have no clue about how the document has been generated. That's might be a
question which can be asked at <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED INSUFFICIENTDATA - Sometimes words marked as non needing spelling correction are still underlined as such"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=129734">bug 129734</a>.
The 4.3.0.4 version being caused by me :-). I trimmed it down.. while tracing
it back.
