In slideshow mode, when we go to the next slide, horizontal bands flicker
across the screen. Mostly only one band appears, near the top of the screen.
The band disappears in a fraction of a second.
The band only appears when the slide transition is happening.
Such bands do NOT appear when I press the DownArrow key to animate the slide
(e.g. when a numbered list is animated by 1st level paragraph).
These bands have approximately 1" height, and they span the full width of the
screen. They are always filled with a fixed black-and-white geometric pattern
that looks like a QR bar code pattern.
This problem occurs in both the latest stable version of LibreOffice (7.2.0.4)
and the latest Alpha nightly (7.3.0.0).
This is a highly annoying problem: It creates a horrible impression of the
presenter!
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make any presentation in slide show mode.
2.Press downArrow to progress through the presentation.
3.
Actual Results:
A band flickers during slide transition moment, and disappears in a fraction of
a second.
Expected Results:
The band must not appear.
Reproducible: Always
