Now _all_ TB are docked/undocked as a consequence of the new command View > Toolbars > Docked, that intends to resolves complaints about docked TBs, which we docked by default to avoid unintentional undocking. Solution for 143688 is to somehow check if the TB belongs to a widget. <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW - Undocking a toolbar displays it "mixed", "overlapped" with the existing docked toolbars" href="show_bug.cgi?id=139259">Bug 139259</a> would be an issue anyway, whether TB are docked automatically or manually.
