<pre>Could be done as another selection option (also for printing). After "( )
Selection" it lists "( ) Custom Slide show" with a dropdown to pick the custom
show at PDF export and an updated dropdown instead of odd/even on printing. For
the other export options (WMF, GIF, SVG etc.) we have "[ ] Selection" at the
file dialog that needs to become a radio button with another item.
Alternatively, we could offer the export functions at the custom slide show
dialog. Sounds a bit more clean to me.</pre>
