Also, please see <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=75644#c45">comment 45</a> and its linked document. Is that not relevant? Your <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=75644#c10">comment 10</a> states "positioning/sizing of document is not recorded inside of ODF".
