Taking the liberty to close this bug. Copy Pasting should be functional in
LibreOffice 7.1.3+. Fix confirmed by Byron using 7.1.4.

There are remaining problems with copy paste for macOS - lets use

Should there be remaining issues on windows please do file a new bug as it is
likely a different problem than what has been originally reported here in 2013
for Windows XP.

Thanks to all involved trying to address this especially for Mike and his fixes
around copy paste.
