UI: PNG export dialog has radio button doesn't allow 'dimensions' or 'DPI' to
be set both

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open <span class=""><a href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=174616" name="attach_174616" title="test case">attachment 174616</a> <a href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=174616&action=edit" title="test case">[details]</a></span>
2. File -> export -> select PNG format
3. Press Save
4. New dialog opens with compression settings..
5. Dimensions is activated.. (Modify resolution disabled)

6. Go to resolution
7. Type 300 .. notice that the size field isn't updated.. you need to press TAB
to 'trigger' an update (if you press OK, you get something else you thing would
get)
8. Also observe that 'Resolution field disabled if dimension field enabled, but
the dropdown for resolution not being disabled

Actual Results:
Can't set DPI & dimensions

Expected Results:
Should be possible (aside from the other issues)
