LibreOffice Help - Defining Print Ranges on a Sheet
(<a href="https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/guide/printranges.html?DbPAR=CALC#bm_id14648">https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/guide/printranges.html?DbPAR=CALC#bm_id14648</a>)
states:
"The cells on the sheet that are not part of the defined print range are not
printed or exported."
=> You need to define a print range containing the cells w/o data you want to
be printed, through Format -> Print Ranges -> Define/Add, to get your cells
without data (but having borders only) to be printed.
This is not a bug but documented behavior.
Resolving as NOTABUG. Feel free to re-open, if you don't agree.</pre>
