<pre>Description:
When editing a Base freport - Attempt to copy an object with Crtl+C and paste
with Crtl+V from one part of a report to another. The program crashes and saves
the files.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load a base database and edit a report.
2.Copy an object in the main data area with Ctrl-C ready to past in a footer
with Ctrl-V
3.System crashes.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
Have to reload the database which gets fixed.
