I have a 12 yr old Dell Inspiron 530 with an Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q6600 @
2.40GHz with Windows 10 up to date. It runs LibreOffice 7.1.5 fine, but when I
installed 7.1.6, it installed fine, but would not start and run. It would
start in safe mode, but would not start in normal mode. I made the changes in
safe mode to the user configuration I found when googling this problem, but
they did not help. No errors are shown by windows or libreoffice,

Are any changes necessary in windows app security Exploit protection? I have
all protections in System settings turned on.

Thanks for a great product.
