I updated the NDIVIA driver this morning, then removed the force skia selection and ran a test. I was able to paste 3 jpegs into a doc without the problem occurring and there was also no problem on a spreadsheet. Next I updated LibreOffice to 7.2.2 and retried the test. That also had no problems. So it appears that this was the old NDIVIA driver.
