<pre>On “Application Colors”, that name was suggested in <a class="bz_bug_link

change it again. I think the better fix is to merge that page with “View” —
there’s no reason to have them separate (or away from each other in the tree)
when they’re both related to the programs’ appearance.
On “Locale Setting”, I agree that the last word there is unnecessary.</pre>
