    gnumake4 writerfilter gbuildization patch
    
    * this is a patch replacing the gbuildization for writerfilter with the one
      from gnumake4
    * all other changes from gnumake4 will be merged with branch feature/gnumake4
      into master
    * only writerfilter was left out as it saw too much action on master and was
      split out into this commit
    * this is the diff between:
      - eb666a3d095f56104aa14b302a94ed4f8f53fa89
      - 6df18646dd33ba543c71ca0cffc13a5b66b26905
      in module writerfilter only
