    tdf#123204 hu_HU collation: don't ignore special characters
    
    to show/handle them in Calc AutoFilter.
    
    Partial revert of "tdf#116666 fix Hungarian sorting"
    (commit 7b1eb6313c0d2621c364df1724c69d28f8267841).
