    tdf#89901 corectly interpret COL_TRANSPARENT
    
    in wmfemfhelper when converting Metafile to
    sequence of Prmitives. In the MetafileActions
    MetaLineColorAction and MetaFillColorAction
    usage of COL_TRANSPARENT must switch off line
    draw/resp. fill
