this mailing list is not for bug reports, please use Bugzilla for bug 
reports after having read hints on

It would be kind if you could click "MAILMERGE" on 
<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#Writer> before you 
submit a new bug. That link will show a list with known mail merge bugs, 
may be your problem is already known?

Indeed Mail Merge is more or less broken since OOo 3.2, and even our 
3.5.0 Beta2 does not work for PDF e-mail.

If you want assistance, you should ask on the public users mailing list 
users at libreoffice.org, a mailing list from 
<http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/#lists> or
<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Local_Mailing_Lists>
