[Libreoffice-qa] Form-export to doc broken on master? Possible stopper for 3.5, please confirm

Hi *,

While fixing a build breaker on Mac OSX / PPC (actually on all
BigEndian systems), I came across a bug related to saving forms to
Microsoft doc format. Form elements like text-entry fields get a black
background.

Is this reproducible for everyone? If so, could someone add it to the
most-annoying/must-have-a-look for 3.5 issue please
