Instead of "setup.exe /a" one should call "msiexec.exe /a
<libreoffice_msi_file>" where the libreoffice_msi_file is libodev35.msi
for the "LibreOffice_Dev" developer target and libreoffice35.msi for the
"LibreOffice" release target.
