[Libreoffice-qa] MinGW testing

Hi,

I have just created a meta bug for testing of the MinGW port, ie.
Windows binaries produced via gcc / MinGW-w64, instead of MSVC.  It is
here:

It is intended for bugs that you find in:

http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/MinGW_cross-compilation/master/

but in no other builds.  The current builds should start, but
unfortunately I had to disable the extensions, as one of them was
crashing it on startup.  Also please note that you won't be able to use
extensions built with MSVC (ie. extensions from non-mingw builds).
