[Libreoffice-qa] Bug 41883 - MinGW port Most Annoying Bugs

Hi

Mishap or something new? Generally these Task Bugs collecting "Most 
Annoying ..." have the Bugs listing in "Depends on", as you see in 
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35673>. For me this usage 
is logical.

If there are no reasons for a different proceeding here, I would prefer 
to modify Bug 41883 so that we have a common proceeding.
