[Libreoffice-qa] Bug report assistant

Hi,

I wrote a draft for the bug assistant at https://freedesktop.dachary.org/libreoffice/bug/bug.html
and I'm confident that I have all the technical information I need to complete it.

However, at the moment I am blocked because of the following, non technical questions that
need to be resolved ( actual list at http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#Everything_else )

a) What URL will be assigned to this page and who should I talk to to make it happen ?
b) What are the minimum specifications it should meet before going live ?
    I think that the steps described at
    http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#Define_steps_and_sort_order_for_items_of_Assistant
    exceed your expectations but I'm not sure.
c) How will the user find the bug assistant page from the http://libreoffice.org/ home page ? From the libreoffice application itself ?
d) Where can I find a web designer to make it look good ?

Of course I could make progress anyway and keep solving technical details until the non technical questions are being worked on. However I've experienced that doing so is likely to be a waste of time.
