I assume Rainer will want to merge that with his
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#Define_steps_and_sort_order_for_items_of_Assistant
in the wiki so that it can be discussed further.

While this is being refined, I see that there is at least one technical problem I must solve. I need to implement a way to transparently submit the bug to bugzilla, which implies an account creation and/or login with an existing account. I'm not sure how to resolve this but I'll figure it out. That will give you time to finalize the specifications ;-)
