You are correct, I'm still waiting for a consensus on what should be implemented first. But I will cope with that and stick to the bare minimum. I apologize for not being able to contribute usefully to the specifications. It requires a knowledge of libreoffice and a general expertise that I don't have.

By useable I mean that someone who has an account should be able to fill a minimal report using the bug submission assistant and that this report is more useable than the same report filled with the bugzilla form. I would be very distressed if I can't achieve that after three weeks of work :-(

I updated the http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant#Specifications with a link to the growing http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Bug_Submission_Assistant_-_ToDo#ToDo list so that it is not forgotten when the time comes to select what should be done in which order.
