Seems the file:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/LibO_3.5.3rc1_Win_x86_helppack_en-US.msi
doesn't download, also en-GB and other, they open as text file,

Some download well, for example: Spanish, Italian.
