Oddly enough it shows the new dialog on a build from tinderbox at 7 compiled
with MinGW

Version 4.0.0.0.alpha1+ (Build ID: 5da8bdb4d4bde5175c9e89182956043ffc991c5)
TinderBox: Win-x86 at 7-MinGW, Branch:master, Time: 2012-12-04_09:56:47

but not on tinderbox @6 compiled with MSVC
Version 4.0.0.0.alpha1+ (Build ID: 76c921de48ee41716b5a500b892945c704da73c)

which was pulled more than one day later...
libreoffice-4-0~2012-12-05_16.32.06_LibO-Dev_4.0.0.0.alpha1_Win_x86_install_en-US

Is this a compiler error?
