[Libreoffice-qa] Bugzilla administration info - New version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ Master

Today I added " 4.1.0.0.alpha0+", because we have new 4.1 Master Version 
since some days and the plan was to add a new Master Version to Bugzilla 
for every new major release (x.0, x.1, x.2, x.3, ...).
