Yes, I believe the most important question is whether developers believe 
whether they can get benefit from reports. Bug reports would be rather 
useless if rally anything is completely experimental and developers 
still are working on all core functions.

In any case we should leave a comment on 
<https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details> whether reports 
are useful and if yes, how they should be done).	

@Rene, what are your needs?
