Thanks for the pointer. I see that Kendy already did it.

The string freeze was too early because there was not much time for
testing. So, we shifted the string freeze to the following Monday,
January 9. IMHO, it was worth doing. People did not change strings too
much, so it should not cause big harm to translators.

Also note that .0 release will be distributed with a warning that it
includes annoying bugs. People, who want well stable release would need
to wait for a later bug fix release. So, it is fine to have few
non-translated strings there.
