Bugzilla IS user unfriendly. The LO form is a great improvement over that.

But the main obstacle IMO is the requirement to have to subscribe to yet
another account. I have suggested elsewhere that OpenID should be adopted as
the default identification method.

Most people already have an OpenID (e.g. a Gmail account) so that obstacle
would be reduced

I believe that OpenID plus the user friendly LO form should be the default
user submission interface for users.

Of course this still leaves Bugzilla for the QA people, and that is an
obstacle to get more people into QA...
