[Libreoffice-qa] [QA] bugzilla -> Base

Hi *,

two people from the German community have launched a QA-initiative in 
bugzilla (Jochen and Robert). Among other things, the number of 
NEEDINFOs were reduced and many NEWs were concreted.
For the bug 36858 [1] IMHO the problem was worked out very nicely. My 
hope is that a programmer looks at this time and this problem takes. 
What's possible?

This is an example of multiple bugreport, which are more or less 
completely prepared for programmers.
What is the procedure?
What is possible?
What can we do to relieve the programmer?
Who are the programmers at all?
And how many?
Have "ASSIGNED" priority?
Does it make sense to continue to work at more NEWs if ADSSIND not ready 
yet?
How is it desired by the programmers?
