Hi,

today I got a hint by Mike Schinagl that the new "Migrationsleitfaden 
des Bundes" 4.0 has been released.

Rating for LibreOffice is benevolent, but not enthusiastic, may be you 
should know on CeBit.

Concerning mentioned bugs and problems I will try to find out whether 
already known, but descriptions are rather rare.
