I think that it is a misunderstanding of this announcement mail. What do
you mean by no interest in QA, please?

We send several announcements for each build:

	+ reminder about a release:
+ is sent before the tag is created
+ warns developers and QA that there is last
chance to commit a fix or escalate a critical bug

+ announce of a tag and branch (this mail):
+ is sent when the tag or branch is created
+ it informs developers and QA that all further fixes
will go into the next release
+ also it is a heads up for QA that the related build
                  will be available soon

+ announce of builds for early testing
+ is sent when builds are available at
                  http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases
+ allows to do smoke test before the builds are
available on mirrors and accessible from official
                  download page

+ announce of builds available on official download pages
+ is sent when builds are on mirrors
+ allows testing by many people
+ if it is RC1, there is usually more than
one week to report bugs before the
                  deadline for RC2

I have just fixed it. The 4.0.5.2 .msi files had permission 700. Also
the debs had strange permission.

We have finally started to provide all builds by TDF-owned machines.
Any change could bring regression. Cloph, please make sure that it is
better next time ;-)
