technically you are right but I think that a 3.3.0 beta1 version field  
never existed in Bugzilla that's why he renamed the 3.3.0 beta2.

there are probably some bug actually labeled as "inherited from OOo" which  
were instad early LibO 3.3.0 beta bugs... but nobody is perfect...
