		+ all around wonderful, really lots of people - around 20x
		  guys from the project helping out at/around the booth
		+ Cor's very nice ribbon legend, and fine banner
		+ very extensive swag give-aways from Kendy ... running out
		  of space on the tables to put anything else: and stack of
		  boxes nearby.

* back-port Mac signing for 4.0.1 (Norbert / Tor)
	+ requires some tweaked XCode version / setup &
	  getting certificates into the keychain for signing
AI:	+ review them for the -4-0 branch (Norbert / Thorsten?)
	+ is it possible to do that without installing full XCode ? (Norbert)
		+ yes, done in the Makefile on the command-line (Tor)

* Android remote signing for 4.0 (Thorsten)
	+ either use a key that expires in a year, or
	  use self-signed certificates - with some 20yrs of validity
		+ in absence of better guesses - use self-signing to more
		  easily push updates.
	+ fiddling with tag / pushing from -4-0 branch.

* Hard Hacks:

		+ QA meeting tomorrow to update these.

* QA update (Joel)
	+ need to triage / unwind 3.5 MAB's ...

		+ active team is growing - which is encouraging
	+ ongoing discussion about whether to close long-term
	  un-responsive NEEDINFO bugs ...
		+ tentative proposal so far:
			reminder after ~6 months of no response.
			and a month after -> INVALID
		+ no developers spoke up wrt. bug-spam for closing /
		  reminding in issues.
		+ final outcome up to the QA team to decide
		  themselves of course.
