[Libreoffice-qa] Quality to display and print ODG files with SVG insert

LibreOffice-4 (all_versions) has lost quality to display and print ODG files
with SVG insert. This is a regression compared to LibreOffice-3.6.5. Perhaps
the reason for porting the Apache's code to LO-4. Please read my posts:
