I think that I spoiled the last call. I am afraid that I muted all
people by mistake and got lost in the operator setting changes. This
definitely explains why some people were not able to speak. But I am not
sure why some people were not able to join again when we tried to
restart the meeting.

Unfortunately, the state of the call is very unclear. There are several
possibilities, see http://en.talkyoo.net/main/conference_call_features
You could change some things globally but there is not way to check the
status over the phone. Of course, the best thing is to do not change
anything but anyone could make a mistake. It would help a lot if we
could get access to the "Web Control", see
http://en.talkyoo.net/main/conference_call_webcontrol . It would allow
use to see who is connected, if he is muted, ...

Otherwise, I like talkyoo and would definitely give it more chances.
