Based on my understanding of the updating mechanism (see the section
"Upgrade Logic"), your install should give you an offer to
upgrade to 4.1.3 now. Could you please check that out?

Hmm, yes. The 4.1.2 build you're being offered appears to be,
but because we don't show the full version number, users might think
that is a later build than the "4.1.2" that they are being

Perhaps we should show the full version number, or provide build dates?
