well, vaguely...

problem is that the dialog's mpResMgr is no longer initialized since the
.UI conversion but it's still checked when creating the dialog so that
fails; fixed in master commit 6e4a4af525923eb6c2b24f6ac0c9936efe827ca3
and in a minute also on 4.2 branch...
