I can confirm that the bug is present in LO 4.0.5.2 but not in 4.1.1.2 under
Windows XP using the Eng_US interface.
It seems it was fixed in the 4.1 branch (but not backported to the 4.0
branch) and you can close the bug as FIXED ;)
