[Libreoffice-qa] advice on documentation/help bugs

Hi all,

I'm going to provide some text for bugs under the documentation category
concerning the help files, like this one:

But to whom should I assign the bug once done. I'm not able to provide a
patch, may be I should learn, but in the meantime, if it stays with me
it won't help :)
