So I reintroduce this amended with Joel remarks:

Target: 4.3.0 beta1 on week 21 (May 19-25)
Banner on the website: week 16 (April 14-20)
First communication: week 17 (April 21-27)
Reminder: week 19 (May 5-11)
Announcement: May 18.

If you agree with that, I'll open a ticket on Redmine and request
Italo's help. As you see the first action is for next week with the
banner on the website.
